Italian Sausage & Creamy Pasta

Thanks for tuning in to my first livesteam!  This is the recipe for the Italian Sausage & Creamy Pasta dish that was made during the livesteam.  You can catch the next show by taking a look at my schedule of cooking classes.


  • 1 Package of Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 3 Bell peppers sliced
  • 2 Cups of half and half
  • 3 Tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 2  Tablespoons of Italian seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoons of Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Tablespoon of olive oil
  • Cooked pasta any kind will do!

Sausage & Peppers

Cook sausage in a pan on medium high with olive oil, once the sides get toasty you can add sliced peppers and cover the top of the pan with foil while cooking


You can put it all in the oven (raw) on 400 for about 25 mins or until sausage has a brown color with tight skin

Creamy Pasta Sauce

Whisk cold half and half with cornstarch and pour it right into the pan, cook on medium high, add Italian seasoning and salt to taste.

Once it reaches the desired flavor , toss in pasta , dish it up topped with bell peppers and sausage!
