Beer Based BBQ Shrimp
BBQ Shrimp is one of my favorite meals to eat. After prepping the shrimp, the rest is pretty easy. We won’t use traditional barbecue sauce on the shrimp, instead we let them bake in a mix different herbs and spices. For this dish (beer based bbq shrimp), I wanted to put a little spin on it and use beer to add flavor. Experiment with a beer or wine that you like and have some bread on the side for dipping!
Ingredients for Beer Based BBQ Shrimp
- 4 lbs of shrimp
- 12-16 ounces of beer
- 3 tbsps of garlic
- 2 sticks of butter (melted)
- 1 cup of shrimp stock
- 4 hearty tbsps of garlic and herb seasoning blend
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- 2 tsps of crab shrimp and crawfish boil
