How I love to give people new ways to show off for the holidays or any day for that matter! Enjoy this super easy and super flexible recipe for a hometown favorite.  With a few light side items, stuffed bell peppers can be a dinner meal for the whole family. Ingredients for Stuffed Bell Peppers

  • 6 bell peppers
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of ground meat
  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 1 pack of Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 2 cups of bread crumbs
  • 1\4 cup of chardonnay or chicken stock
  • 12-16 ounces of lump or claw crab meat
